The product/products ordered through the online store are delivered to the Customer by courier service. The delivery time (in the case of domestic delivery) can take 1-3 working days.
In the case of delivery abroad, a separate consultation is always required during the contact process on the rate at which we can undertake the delivery to the given country.
By placing an order in the online store, the Customer accepts the contents of the purchase information.

After placing an order in the online store, the system sends an automatic confirmation of the order, so the Customer knows that his order has been received and is being processed.

Within 1 day of placing the order, we will send feedback to our customers by e-mail as to whether the ordered product is in stock and that the order has been completed. If several products have been ordered at the same time and not all products are available, the Customer can declare whether he will keep the order of the missing product until it arrives, and in what form he requests their subsequent delivery.
We provide all the necessary information for forwarding. After that, we inform the Buyer when the package was sent to the post office and when it is expected to arrive.
In case of payment in advance, we will start the administration of the package when the purchase price of the ordered product or products has been credited to our account.

The ordered products are delivered to our Customers in Hungary using the GLS courier service.
Our customers can request their orders to be delivered to another address. In this case, please indicate the name of the receiver at the address and the exact address of the pickup, e.g. floor or room number.
The average delivery time is 1-3 working days, depending on the payment method chosen by the customer.
Before receiving the package, please check that the package is intact. Receipt of the package must be confirmed by name, date and signature upon delivery. Any damage found on the package will be recorded on the spot by the courier.
In the case of delivery abroad, in each case a special consultation is required as to what rate and delivery time we can undertake delivery to the home.

In the case of delivery abroad, prior consultation is always required to determine the rate at which we can undertake delivery of the product to your home.
In the case of a contract concluded outside the business premises and concluded between those who are absent, the Consumer is responsible for the product, when buying and selling several products, if the individual products are provided at different times, the last delivered product is the consumer or a third party other than the carrier indicated by him within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of acceptance by the person, he has the right of termination without reason.
The Consumer can also exercise his right of withdrawal in the period between the date of conclusion of the contract and the day of receipt of the product.
If the Consumer wishes to exercise his right of withdrawal, he is required to provide a clear statement containing his intention to withdraw in Section 1 of the information sheet. to the service provider via any of the contact addresses specified in The Consumer exercises his right of withdrawal within the deadline if he sends his cancellation statement to the Service Provider before the expiry of the above-mentioned deadline.
The Consumer bears the burden of proving that he has exercised his right of withdrawal in accordance with the provisions set out in this point.
The Service Provider will immediately confirm receipt of the Consumer's withdrawal statement by e-mail.
If the Consumer sends the withdrawal statement to the Consumer within 14 (fourteen) calendar days, it shall be considered fulfilled within the deadline.
In the case of sending by post, the date of posting, in the case of e-mail, the time of sending the e-mail must be taken into account when calculating the deadline.
The Service Provider shall refund the amount paid by the Consumer immediately, but no later than within 14 (fourteen) days.
In all cases, the refund is made to the account number specified by the Consumer, by return transfer.
In the event of cancellation, the Consumer is obliged to return the ordered product to the Service Provider in accordance with Article 1 of the purchase information. to the address indicated in point no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the date of notification of your withdrawal statement.
The Service Provider has the right to withhold the refund until the ordered product is returned, or until the Consumer proves creditably that he has returned it.
The Consumer can also request an exchange or purchase of the returned product.
The consumer can only exercise his right of withdrawal if the product to be returned meets the following conditions:
- the purchased product is undamaged
In the case of a product damaged after receipt, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised, and we cannot take back a used product.
In case of cancellation notified more than 14 (fourteen) days after receiving the product, the Consumer may not exercise his intention to cancel.

We are unable to accept parcels sent with cash on delivery, they will be returned to the sender.
Product exchange:
If the Consumer has requested the replacement of the product and the replacement product is available, we will replace it within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of replacement of the returned product. We can only exchange products that are undamaged. We do not exchange used products.
Regarding the mandatory warranty for certain consumer durables, see Decree No. 151/2003 on the mandatory warranty for certain consumer durables. (IX.22) Government decree contains regulations. The material scope of the decree applies only to the products sold within the framework of the new consumer contract concluded in Hungary and listed in the annex to the decree. With regard to durable consumer goods listed in the annex to the Government Decree, the mandatory warranty is 1 (one) year, the starting date of which is the day the product is handed over to the Consumer or, if the service provider or its agent performs the commissioning, the day of commissioning.
The company is exempted from warranty obligations only if it proves that the cause of the defect arose after performance.
Due to the same error, the User may not assert an accessory warranty and warranty claim, or a product warranty and warranty claim at the same time, in parallel with each other, otherwise, the User is entitled to the rights arising from the warranty independently of the accessory warranty and product warranty entitlements.
