Please always pack the product carefully. We can only take back clothes with original tags, accessories, unwashed and unused, within 14 calendar days of delivery!!!

The cost of postage for the returned product(s) is always borne by the Buyer. We only cover the postage costs for defective, damaged and/or wrongly sent product(s). As soon as we have received the product back, we perform a quality check and if it meets the criteria and is in the same condition as when it was delivered, the price of the product will be returned to the bank account number you provided within 14 days!

IMPORTANT: Please include the bank account number for which you are requesting a refund in the sent package. If you would like another product, please contact us at the e-mail address info@fashiongardrob.hu. In this case, the BUYER will be responsible for the postage of the new goods.
